Volution Hybrid

Thanks to the synergy with top-level opinion leaders like Prof. Massimo Simion, iRes was among the first companies to develop implants with a hybrid surface, which is particularly beneficial for patients at higher risk of peri-implantitis.

The machined surface covering one-third of the implant length helps reduce the risk of biological complications and peri-implant infections.

Even if complications do arise, the machined surface allows for a quicker intervention, due to its slower progression compared to rough surfaces, enhancing treatment effectiveness.

For implant lines with internal hexagonal connection, iRes has designed prosthetic components with a Friction Fit attachment, featuring a 1-degree taper on the hexagonal walls of the abutment. This connection ensures a “cold welding” between the implant and abutment thus eliminating micromovements and significantly reducing bacterial infiltrations between implant and abutment.
